This page explains what a purchase actually involves: what we ask for, what we never ask for, how payment works and how you follow the delivery. Nothing here is a promise of results.

What we never ask for
We do not ask for your social passwords or access to those accounts, and we install nothing. All we need is the public link of the post or profile, the same one anybody can open.
Why the content has to stay public
If the profile or post goes private while the delivery is running, we can't process it. That is why the purchase asks you to confirm it will stay public until it finishes.
How payment works
Payment happens on the payment provider's screen, not ours. You come back here when you're done. We never show a card form of our own and never touch your card data. Payment state is written by a signed confirmation our receiver verifies: returning to the site confirms nothing on its own, so the order stays "awaiting payment" until that confirmation arrives.
How you follow the order
Every order has its own tracking link. Save it: it opens the status with no account and no password. If you create an account with the same email address and verify it, that purchase also shows up in your history.
Payment and delivery are counted separately
They are two different states and they show as two different badges. A confirmed payment does not mean a finished delivery, and a partial delivery does not change the payment state.
What can vary
Metrics and timing can vary, and coverage differs per product. Each product's own page says what you get, when it usually starts and what can vary — before you pay.
Refill
No published product has confirmed refill coverage today, so we don't offer it. When a product has it documented, its own page will say so.
