Acceptable use policy
What the service may be used for, what it may not, and what we do when it is misused.
Conditions to buy
The profile or post must be yours, or you must be authorised by its owner to promote it. It must be public before you buy and stay public until delivery finishes.
Prohibited uses
We accept orders for none of the following, and buying is a statement that yours falls under none of those cases. We may refuse an order that falls under it, or stop it, with the financial handling “What we do on a breach” describes.
It is not an automatic filter. The only thing the system checks when you buy is the shape of the link: that it belongs to the product’s platform and points at something specific. Nobody reviews the content before delivery is queued; what backs this list is your statement.
- Accounts of minors without verifiable consent from whoever holds parental responsibility.
- Political campaigns, civic manipulation or disinformation.
- Illegal, fraudulent, hateful or sexually exploitative content or accounts, or ones that infringe third-party rights.
- Third-party accounts without their authorisation, including competitors’ accounts.
- Attempts to evade a platform suspension, restriction or safety mechanism.
- Custom comments carrying abusive, harassing, defamatory or deceptive content.
- Presenting purchased metrics to third parties as endorsements, audited measurements or verified results.
The platforms’ own rules
Platforms expressly prohibit inauthentic engagement. Using this service can conflict with the rules of the platform we deliver to, and that can lead to metric removal, account restrictions or advertising limits. That decision is yours and the consequence lands on your account; we say it before the purchase because there is no honest way to say it afterwards.
FameLume is not affiliated with, associated with or endorsed by Instagram, TikTok, Kick, Facebook or Spotify. Those platform names appear only to describe where the service is delivered.
What we do on a breach
We can refuse an order before processing it, or stop it if a breach appears. If we stop an order that was already paid, the financial handling follows the refund policy, with the same limit that policy states: the undelivered part is what is owed back, and today no refund executes on its own.
If you see this service being used on your account without your authorisation, or for anything on the prohibited list, tell us from the form on the contact page with the link to the profile or post. A person on the team reviews it within 2 business days.
