What to expect from delivery
What can turn out differently than planned, said before you pay.
Four things that can happen
None of these is an edge case or fine print. They are how this market normally behaves, which is why they lead this page.
- It can be delayed. The timings we show are illustrative, not observations and not commitments: a delivery that “usually starts in minutes” can start hours later.
- It can be partially delivered. If we deliver less than you bought, the proportional undelivered part is what is owed back, except for the cases the refund policy lists; that same policy says that today no refund executes on its own.
- The platform can remove what was delivered, after it was delivered. Platforms prune metrics continuously and do not notify us.
- Platform rules can prohibit this kind of service, and can change without notice. Buying it can conflict with your platform’s rules and affect your account.
Why it varies
Delivery is executed by a wholesale provider with its own capacity and its own outages. Pace and final amount can vary, and there can be small drops. Each product says its own version on its page, under “What can vary”.
You will never see the provider’s jargon or identity on your order page: what is shown is the state of your purchase, not of their system.
What we need from you
The right public link, and for it to stay the same and stay public until it finishes. If the target goes private, is deleted or is renamed while delivery runs, the provider can be left unable to complete it.
If the target stops being reachable while delivery runs, the part that was not delivered is not refunded, nor is it credited: it is under “What is not refunded”, on the refunds policy. If you make the target public again and write to us from the contact page, we try to resume it, and it may not be possible.
What we never do
We do not ask for your social passwords, we do not post on your behalf, we do not touch your content and we do not promise business results. We also do not present it as spontaneous growth, because it is not.
The states you will see
Payment and delivery are tracked separately, because they are two different stories: you can have a confirmed payment and a delayed delivery at the same time, and your order page says exactly that instead of merging them into one label.
“Under review” is the state an order lands in when its delivery could not be completed. A person on the team reviews those orders and resolves them with the refund policy: either delivery is completed, or the part that was not delivered is owed back, except in the cases that policy lists under “What is not refunded” — for example, if the target stopped being public. If your order has been in that state for more than 2 business days, write to us from the contact page with the order number.
Who carries out delivery
In production — this site, famelume.com — delivery is carried out by a real wholesale provider. A test copy of the same code runs with a simulated delivery, and is not the service.
