Terms of Service

What you buy, how the agreement forms, what is on you and how we answer for it.

Who sells

FameLume is a digital service operated from the Argentine Republic, through the site famelume.com. It is aimed at buyers in Argentina and charges in Argentine pesos through Mercado Pago.

To reach FameLume for any reason — a question, a complaint or a formal notice — the channel is the form on the contact page.

What you buy

Packages of public metrics — views, likes, saves, followers, shares — delivered to a public profile or post that you point us to with a link. We never ask for your social passwords or for an access token to those accounts.

FameLume is not affiliated with, associated with or endorsed by Instagram, TikTok, Kick, Facebook or Spotify. Those platform names appear only to describe where the service is delivered.

We do not sell business outcomes. Buying metrics is not buying sales, reach, contracts or sustained growth, and we make no promise of any of those.

When the agreement is closed

Choosing a package creates a draft, not an order. The price is computed on the server against the price list in force only when the order is created, so no total that passed through your browser influences what gets charged. If the list were to change between your reviewing it and your confirming, the one in force at confirmation governs.

The purchase is confirmed only when the payment provider sends us a signed confirmation. Returning from payment to this site confirms nothing on its own: the screen can say “we are confirming” even after you paid. Only with payment confirmed is delivery ordered, and a repeated provider notification does not duplicate your order.

Price, currency and taxes

The price you see before paying is the final price, in Argentine pesos, with any applicable taxes already included. No charge appears afterwards. We charge only in Argentine pesos, through Mercado Pago.

Mercado Pago issues the payment receipt. If you need a record of your purchase, ask for it from the contact page with your order number.

Acceptance and versions

By paying you accept the version of these terms in force at that moment, and one single version identifier — shared by all of these documents — is stored with the order. We keep neither a copy nor a fingerprint of the text you read, so that identifier tells you WHICH version you accepted, and only that. The identifier the checkout records today is “v3.4”, which added the public count the platform shows on your post’s own page. “v3.3” added cookieless visit measurement, “v3.2” added to the privacy page the record of what we observe while delivering, “v3.1” added the anti-robot check on the contact form, “v3.0” was the first final version of these documents, and “v2.4” is what orders created before that accepted.

A change to these terms governs purchases made after it is published. Your purchase is governed by the version you accepted when you paid.

What is on you

You must be 18 or older to buy. The profile or post must be yours or you must be authorised to promote it, and it must stay public until delivery finishes. If you make it private, delete it or change the link, delivery can fail and that part is not refundable.

Prohibited uses are listed in the acceptable use policy, and delivery expectations on their own page. Both form part of these terms.

Liability, governing law and jurisdiction

We answer for delivering what you bought or returning the part we did not deliver, as the refund policy describes. We do not control the platforms: we do not answer for metrics they remove after delivery, for restrictions, suspensions or reach changes they apply to your account, or for the business results you expected from the purchase.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. None of this reduces the rights consumer protection law grants you and that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts of your own domicile and before the consumer protection authority of your jurisdiction. Before that, write to us: almost everything is resolved faster through the contact page.

Changes and contact

We publish changes on this page with their version. To write to us for any reason, including a formal notice, use the form on the contact page.
