Before paying
You pick the product, paste the link and see the total in pesos, taxes included. When you confirm, the order is created, we email you its tracking link and take you to Mercado Pago’s screen: you pay there with whatever methods your account has, and we never see or store your card details.
After paying
When Mercado Pago confirms the payment, the order goes to the delivery queue; the tracking link you already have shows the payment and the delivery separately. If the payment stays pending, the order waits and starts on its own once Mercado Pago confirms it.
Every order has a tracking link of its own, which is also emailed to you. It opens the status with no account and no password, and shows two things separately: the payment and the delivery. A confirmed payment does not mean a finished delivery.
If something goes wrong
Write to us from the order: we answer within 2 business days.
If less than you bought is delivered, the order is marked as a partial delivery. For products that carry a partial refund — each product’s page says whether it does — what is due back is the proportional part not delivered. The exception is a delivery that failed because the destination went private, was deleted or changed its link: that part is not returned. The refund policy has every exception, and explains how to ask for it and how it is carried out.
We never ask for your password or for access to your account, and we install nothing. The public link is enough — the same one anybody can open. If a site asks for your password to “deliver” something, do not give it: it is not needed for this, and it is the most common way to lose an account.
