The channel link
You paste your channel link: twitch.tv/yourname. You do not need to be live to receive followers.
The same name until it finishes
If you rename the channel half-way, the link stops pointing at your channel and the delivery can fail.
The profile, channel or post has to stay public while the delivery lasts. If you switch it to private, delete it or its link changes half-way, the delivery can fail, and that part is not refundable. That is why the purchase asks you to confirm it before paying.
